Our shop uses SSL encryption technology which offers you maximum security, especially on data protection for online banking.
Why did I not receive an e-mail confirming my order?
An order confirmation email is sent immediately after making your payment. If you can't find it, there are usually 2 reasons for it.
1. Your order confirmation e-mail has arrived directly in your e-mail spam.
2. You have not correctly registered your e-mail address.
If after carrying out these two checks you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@innovboutique.fr
I want to cancel my order, is it possible?
Yes, you have 24 hours from the time your order has been paid. Simply send us an e-mail via the contact form. We will cancel your order and process your refund as soon as possible (please take bank delays into account).
DELIVERY
Where do we deliver?
For now, we deliver exclusively to mainland France.
Are there delivery charges?

We offer 2 types of delivery:
- STANDARD delivery
- PREMIUM delivery which guarantees your package* against loss, breakage or theft. If you should encounter one of the cases mentioned above, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times are 7 to 10 working days.
When we process your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package in real time.
If you encounter a problem, do not hesitate to contact us!
I'm going to move soon, but I haven't received my package yet. What to do ?
The best thing you can do is forward your mail. In this way, you are sure to receive your package.
There are items missing from my order, where are they?
For some products, we work with intermediary suppliers who are responsible for sending your items directly to you. So depending on the items purchased, they may be sent separately.
My item arrived damaged or defective, can I get a refund?
Yes, contact us by e-mail by sending us a photo of the damaged or defective product within 48 hours of delivery as well as proof of purchase, in order to proceed with a return or refund.
RETURN
I changed my mind, can I return my item?
Simply contact us at contact@innovboutique.fr to inform us of your wish to return your item.
You have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us according to the procedure that we will communicate to you. However, the return costs remain your responsibility. To benefit from a refund, you must send the product in the original packaging, with all its accessories as well as its instructions, and without trace of use. Once the goods have been received, we will take care of the refund (please take bank delays into account).

Are there certain items that are not included?
Yes. Items that cannot be resold for reasons of hygiene or health protection cannot be taken back.
We use SSL encryption for secure payments with Stripe & Paypal.
