We offer 2 types of delivery:
- The delivery STANDARD
- The delivery PREMIUM which guarantees your package* against loss, breakage or theft. If you should encounter one of the cases mentioned above, we will refund you in full as soon as possible.
Delivery times are 7 to 10 working days.
When we process your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package in real time.
If you encounter a problem, do not hesitate to contact us!
*The warranty only concerns your package during delivery and not the product itself. If the product is lost, broken or stolen after receipt, you will be fully responsible.
RETURN
Simply contact us at contact@innovboutique.fr to inform us of your wish to return your item.
You have 14 days after receipt of your package to return it to us, according to the procedure that we will communicate to you. Once the goods have been received, we will take care of reimbursing you in full for the price of the article.
